It all started with a dream. Well that, or a crazy obsession. Finding the perfect way to add that spicy kick, that perfect heat we all crave - but it had to be good on anything - from breakfast to pizza to sushi. And without burning your mouth and hiding the flavor of the food. Nothing out there was all of those things. Traveling the world and tasting a variety of peppers and foods, talking with chefs and experimenting in my home kitchen I finally made a batch that was so good we started putting it on pretty much everything.
We didn't think about a company, it was just a passion project. It didn't have a name then, that came later in a literal dream. But that was the first batch of Royal Heat™ Special Reserve. Friends and family loved it so much they wanted a jar and it just kinda snowballed from there. I was hesitant to open the company because making Royal Heat™ is so insanely time consuming and expensive. Every step of the way, everything is the highest quality. But I said I would do it if we never changed our quality, and we haven't. And we never will.
Just like that first batch years ago, you get the same small batch premium quality every time. You just get nicer packaging than the first batch - and a serving spoon. We hope you enjoy Royal Heat™ as much as we do.
